La Colombaia
This Farmhouse in Tuscany is the solution for your family holiday in Tuscany. This Ancient look-out tower (400 m2) was built before the 10th century on the site of what was previously a Roman settlement, in a panoramic position with views over the verdant Mugello valleys.
During the course of its history it has undergone various transformations, but which have left intact its original characteristics and it has now become a country residence with its most recent restoration. In the spacious and enclosed private equipped outdoor areas is a swimming-pool (6x14) for the exclusive use by the guests.
The Mugello area, which is full of old style villas and famous as it was here that Giotto and Beato Angelico were born, is the representative of, in the history of the ancient Florentine families, an area of great interest, both on account of its closeness to Florence and on account of the natural beauty of its countryside, which slowly leads up to the Apennines.

Casa per le tue vacanze von la famiglia. Questa antica torre di guardia (400 m2) antecedente all anno 1000 costuita su un precedente insediamento romano, si trova in posizione panoramica con vista sulle verdeggianti valli del Mugello. In epoche successive ha subito numerose trasformazioni, pur mantenendo inalterate le caratteristicheoriginarie, fino a divenire, con il recente restauro, una residenza di campagna. Negli ampi e privati spazi esterni recintati, adeguatamente attrezzati, troviamo una piscina (6x14) ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
Il Mugello, ricco di vecchie ville e noto per aver dato i natali a Giotto ed al Beato Angelico, rappresenta, nella storia delle antiche famiglie fiorentine, un area di grande attrazione, sia per la vicinanza con la città di Firenze, sia per la bellezza naturale della campagna, che lentamente risale verso l'Appennino.

Ancienne tour de garde (400m2) datant d avant l an mille, construite sur un ancien habitat romain en position panoramique avec vue sur les vallées verdoyantes du Mugello. Au cours des époques successives, la propriété a subi de nombreuses transformations, tout en conservant ses caractéristiques d origine, jusqu à devenir, après la récente rénovation, une résidence de campagne. Dans les vastes espaces extérieurs clos et bien équipés, nous trouvons une piscine (6x14) à usage exclusif des hôtes.

Diese schoene Villa ist idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer Ihren Urlaub in der Toskana mit Ihrer Familie. Der antike Wachturm (400 m2), wurde vor dem Jahr 1000 auf einer vorhergehenden römischen Ansiedlung gebaut. Panoramalage mit Blick auf das grüne Mugellotal. In späteren Epochen wurde er häufig umgebaut, wobei er jedoch seine Originalmerkmale bewahrt hat, bis er durch seine letzten Umbauarbeiten zu einem Landhaus wurde. In den weitläufigen, privaten, umzäunten und gut ausgestatteten Aussenbereichen gibt es ein Schwimmbad (6x14), das ausschliesslich den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.
Im Mugellotal befinden sich viele antike Villen. Hier wurden die Maler Giotto und Beato Angelico geboren. Die Gegend ist bedeutend für die Geschichte der antiken Florentiner Familien und bietet viel Sehenswertes, sowohl auf Grund ihrer Nähe zur Stadt Florenz, als auch für die Naturschönheit der Landschaft, die langsam in Richtung Apennin ansteigt.
